8 Reasons Why You Should Never Cut Your Nails in Public
I always take the bus going to work. Since it is almost a 30-minute ride, I always put on my ipod and close my eyes cause I only have like 5 hours of sleep at night (yes I am one of those people who stay up late at night doing nothing).
Yesterday, as I find myself a comfortable seat, I settled myself and just when I was about to close my eyes..
*click* *click*
I opened one eye and saw the woman, in her late 30’s, across me cutting her nails! WTF! Are you insane?! You shouldn’t be cutting your nails in public, especially moving vehicles! It is understandable if you are just taking a hang nail off, or you broke your nail you just have to deal with it ASAP. But to trim all 10 (or 11 or whatever for that matter) of your clickers…I mean..arrrgghh…Let me make a list on WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER CUT YOUR NAILS IN PUBLIC:
1. Ok public, whatever..but moving vehicle, you might cut your fingers and not your nails! sheeesh
2. Cutting your nails is like shaving your armpits, plucking stray hair from your eyebrows, etc. You only do those things in the privacy and comfort of your own home and bathroom or maybe the salon.
3. Your stray nails might get into other peoples clothes, or eyes for that matter. yuck!
4. I don’t know if it is just me, but the sound is quite annoying…really…like it didn’t belong inside the bus.
5. You might ruin your nails! Are you planning to file that nail too??
6. Do you not have time for yourself? To allot 10 minutes of your time to groom yourself properly? How sloppy could you get!
7. I am not really excited in the idea of having a piece of you on my coffee or food. yuck! (again)
8. If you don’t want to be stared at, don’t make a scene that could make people stare at you.
Ladies, please don’t even let me caught you doing what that women did or you will be posted.

You won’t catch me at it, but my hubby is another thing. He just looks at me like I was his pet rat when I mention these things to him. Some people won’t change.
@maxiegirl
yep some people won’t change, not unless they learned their lessons the hard way.
(bring some band-aids, just in case)
